At Watch Connection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact, then secure it inside a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
